कल 24 नवम्बर को गुवाहाटी प्रेस क्लब में हरकीरत हीर जी के काव्य संग्रह " दर्द की महक " और उनके ही संपादन में निकली देहरादून से प्रकाशित होने वाली "सरस्वती सुमन" पत्रिका के क्षणिका विशेषांक का लोकार्पण हुआ।
